I am 89 and I no customer service cost me additional $20. Won’t order from them again!
I am 89 and I made a mistake in the order and contacted customer service right away to get help and make an adjustment to combine the two orders and add the 10% off and free shipping. Apparently it was not read as the order was processed with no response and instead of one shipment with free shipping, I was charged double shipping and 10% off only on the first order. I will not use this company again for a lack of customer service and an additional payment levied against me for approximately $20. For someone on a fixed income, $20 is a lot and my request was a minute after I ordered. Not sure how huge Amazon can respond when a small company such as this does not.

Too blessed to be stressed!
I can't say enough positive things about parentgiving.com. A mistake was made, acknowledged, refunded, including my reward points. They "strive for five," and being a new caregiver, I am often stressed. Parentgiving.com does 100% ALL THEY CAN to reduce as much of the stress as they can, in as many ways as they can. Being one who expects certain things, I also have to expect that an error can occur, for we are not perfect, nor is any system without flaw. Parentgiving.com goes far above and well beyond the call when providing to caregivers, for most are caregivers themselves. They fully understand the frustrations, emotions, and everything involved in the care of loved ones. From this day forward, they are the ONLY ones that I trust when ordering any caregiving supplies. Thank you, Parentgiving.com, for all that you do, for the hard work and dedication that you put in, to ensure that our loved ones have what they need when they need it. Keep up the good work!
