Easy to assemble bath stool.
I had viewed several bath stools on other sites. However, none of them appeared to be as easy to assemble as the one I purchased from Parentgiving. Also, the person that help me place the order was very helpful and patient. Very happy with my purchase.

I called prior to purchase and spoke to…
I called prior to purchase and spoke to someone I thought was familiar with your products. I was interested in absorbency the most and I wanted pull on. I talked size and absorbency in detail and questioned what products had the best and why. So I bought 1 pack for $30. When they arrived I was appalled. The absorbency pad ran from the navel to up the but. Only a small pad was located where a females urine will flow to. UNLESS you are bed ridden. I called to discuss and was meant with very unsympathetic person.

Difficulty figuring out how to measure…
Difficulty figuring out how to measure for elbow protectors. Contacted customer service and ordered the suze recommended. Patently did not fit. Snipped the edges but still did not fit. I ended up giving the Protectors to an emaciated woman in a nursing home who ALSO found them too small.
