I ordered this for my mother-in-law
I ordered this for my mother-in-law, who broke her hip. So far, so good! It was the perfect answer for her. My order was processed and delivered fast. I definitely recommend this product and will probably be placing another order in the near future.

My husband reviewed several websites…
My husband reviewed several websites for safety handrails. He found your site seemed to be the best quality. I ordered 2, tub safety handrails. I received 2 tubes of vaseline petroleum jelly. I had to call/e-mail/call to correct the order. I finally received the handrails. Here's hoping they work.

We received our chair that had 9 broken…
We received our chair that had 9 broken or damaged parts in two days. Ask for them to replace with a better chair or cancell the order. So far we have not received what to do with the one we have.
