This company makes it very hard for you…
This company makes it very hard for you yo unsubscribe. The most company at the bottom have an unsubscribe link which makes it very easy. I tried to unsubscribe from Parentgiving and the same email and password I used, does not work to unsubscribe, then they want me to call a number if I still want to unsubscribe. This is HARASSMENT.

I ordered the wrong item through Parentgiving. Their customer service was exceptionally pleasant to work with and accommodating. I am thankful there are still trustworthy companies in the market place!!

I like being able to purchase a sample…
I like being able to purchase a sample before buying a large order. The purchase was delivered quickly. I ordered the DryDirect diapers for my handicapped adult daughter. They are softer and have more comfortable leg openings than more expensive products.

Purchased an item
Purchased an item, thinking it was returnable. Tried it one time did not like it. When I called to return it I was told it was not returnable. Money wasted, very disappointed.😢

I am very sorry that you were unable to return the item that you purchased. The item was an adult incontinence disposal system that you used. Most items are returnable. Exceptions are noted on the product page and include but are not limited to Special Order items, hygienic and sterile items, garments, cushions and pillows. Most items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they are in resalable condition, new, unused and in the original retail packaging, and, if applicable, in their original sealed internal packaging, I sincerely apologize that we were unable to accommodate your return request.
