Maxipro TV Listening device is perfect for me
I just bought the Maxipro TV Listening System. It is made in Sweden by Bellman and Symfon. It may be used as a quality hearing aid with a pair of headphones. The device has the size of a TV controller, so it is not as comfortable as in-ear hearing aid, but can be easily controlled and adjusted to provide the sound quality matching that of an expensive hearing aid. But the most attractive is the feature that allows a hearing impaired person to listen in a clear voice to a TV or a radio, via a Bluetooth connection. For that a transmitter unit, a part of the package, is plugged into the earphone output of the TV, or any other source of the sound. I may adjust my private sound quality, and volume, while other people listening to the TV set their own sound volume, which is typically much, much lower. I can listen to a TV whether I am just in front of it, or when walking around the room, with undiminished sound clarity and volume. It is perfect, finally I do not have to read the movie subtitles.
