I am sorry that you are not pleased with the product that you ordered. We do have other heavy absorbency products and we would be happy to send some samples if you like. Please give us a call and we would review the products with you and place a sample order for you. Really put out at you and your using…
Really put out at you and your using lasership for delivery. I still do not have my package that you said was filled on the 10th and lasership has been nothing but rude to me about it. Order #470108 Sara Whitekettle You might want to rethink about using them. I will not use your company again.

Sarah, I'm so sorry your order was delayed. We would never expect you to handle the problem directly with the carrier - we are happy to do so on your behalf. I called the warehouse and there was a problem with the shipment that we had been unaware of, so I'm glad you brought it to our attention. We are shipping out the Probasics Raised Toilet Seat again today with an overnight delivery. Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.. I hope you will consider Parentgiving again in the future, should the need arise.

I have been waiting days for an email…
I have been waiting days for an email to return some adult diapers because she has gone into hospice care. NO ONE has sent the email to tell me what to do to return

Awesome company, very helpful!
Ordered these for my mom who is quite thin.They work for daytime but I was looking for a nighttime solution. Due to her being thin they were loose around the legs so her bed was wet in the morning, this product did not work for her. The company is awesome and has very kind employees! I will continue to order from them as they are helpful in finding the right nighttime solution.
