Hi Fred, Thank you for responding to the Trust Pilot Report. I believe you may be referring to the shipping coupon you previously brought to our attention. While the coupon is available for orders over $50.00, we did place 695 ($6.95) worth of Reward Points into your account. The same value as a shipping coupon, to use towards any future order. Customers can use their reward points in addition to any coupon available for most orders. I am sorry for this confusion. And will be happy to help you further. Our Customer Care Dept, 888-746-2107, is available Mon-Thur 9am-7pm EST and Friday 9am-5pm EST.

The Customer Service Agent was polite
The Customer Service Agent was polite. She asked what I did not like about the product tried and made a suggestion that I might have gotten to large a size. She also said if I did not like the feminine appearance she would sent a couple other styles. She made the effort to make me comfortable with there products.
