The website was easy to use
The website was easy to use, but I wish there had been more specs about the product. Shipping was incredibly fast. We received the product in three days! And instructions were clear. I just wish that the product was made of sturdier metal. It's a little weak, and I'm afraid that my mom will not trust as she begins using it, so my brother and I are adding safety bars to the bathroom wall to make her feel safer. Sheree GF

I’m extremely disappointed with you
I’m extremely disappointed with you. On my last order you sent the wrong size. I’m disabled and can’t move this big box so it looks like I’m stuck with the wrong size and they are paid for.

Your next order 497939 was for a mini-case of 33 of Unique Wellness XX-Large and was placed on 4/8. Both orders were placed by an individual. We can arrange for a pick up of the 3 packs of the Unique Wellness in the XX-large at your home, we can then place an order for you for the correct size. We have attempted to call the phone number on the order a number of times to discuss the return we cannot leave a message there is only busy signal every time.
