When you called and told us that you received the wrong diapers, you said the diapers that you were ordering were beige and the diapers that you received were white. There is a picture of the product on the package and also a picture of the diaper itself and they are both white on the product page where you would have added the item to your cart . We also explained everything to you about the cost of the labels and the restocking fee before we set up the return and the return policy is also posted on the product page. I apologize that the name of the product was on the outside of the shipping carton but the cases of diapers are shipped in the manufacturer's original cartons. If you had called us before you placed your order, we could have sent you a sample of the product to make sure it was the same as the product you were ordering before from the other company and asked us about discreet packaging.
