parenting.com delivered as expected and beyond! The product that I received, did do, it's due diligence! So, it was 2 adult diapers, for, transient, fecal incontinence! Due to fibromyalgia, and the effects of it with, IBS! Tested, it out, the 2 adult diapers and the,diapers,, around my body!! are, so collective of a lot of elastic/ vinyl! where they make me sweat, sweat, sweat! So, I contacted customer services via the internet with a message and they said almost all, of the type of products, will do similar things! So appreciated their honesty!!!! So, unfortunate!! that there isn't natural made products, to protect our bodies, from fecal incontinence! and excessive, sweat and heat! which, I'm sure, everyone in the Biz! knows! makes, for a perfect breeding ground for our beautiful! fungi and yeast!! Thanks! for the honesty!!! not a product for me!!!

I purchased two packages 60 each of Tena incontinence pads. We have 2 problems: 1. I thought the Return of unopened product to Parentgiving (PG) was PG's policy. When opened package #1, I found the pad was not correct length. PG Manager informed me there was no refund for unopened package that PG does not hold stock but all order fulfillment is from vendor. I thought the return of unopened product was part of Parentgiving service. I spoke with Tena's agent I was told it is PG is responsible for returns as Tena does not know the cost of merchandise sold. What should I do? 2. In call to Tena (whose operator was equally as annoyed as that of PG until she understood that the product length I received did not meet the length specifications of the pad ordered. As PG does not have the length product information, PG's sales person and her manager were dismissive and not helpful. The final problem was what I understood to be a rejection of return of unopened product purchased from PG (back to problem 1. above). While I understand your professional's confusion and less than helpful response to my problem, the lack of basic product information was the cause and that is squarely on PG. The package shipped was the correct one for me but the content did not meet Tena's own specifications. When I asked PG's manager to provide a return label (I no longer have record of purchase but PG does) I was told that PG does not do refunds... see #1. above) I have worked with PG for years during my husbands illness and for myself. In the exchange of 6-27-24 The final message/attitude was one of "go look at our 'extensive' incontinence line and pick out the one best suited to you, we wash our hands of sharing our product knowledge... you are on your own...' Not helpful. You have moved on from assisting your older clients and perhaps I have too. SOLUTION'S: 1. Clearly define and state your return policy. and 2. GIVE your client facing people the information they need, in this case the product specifications-the length, to allow them to do their jobs, professionally.

Parentgiving has very easy to use website and there products I have purchased have mire than met my expectations. I will definitely be ordering from Parentgiving again in the near future.

Customer service is very responsive. Wait time is always very tolerable. The representatives take their time in making sure they address all concerns. Their system allows them to access customer information fairly quickly. Just a very customer centric process.
