When I ordered my spouse's Jenell…Sent wrong liners with order
When I ordered my spouse's Jenell incontinence disposal, I ordered liners to go with it! The wrong size liners were sent! Since the device came with a liner system installed we did not realize this until 5 months later when the first liner was used up. Had to throw these liners away! $50.00 down the drain. This was not appreciated!

Thomas, I can see when you placed the order in February you ordered the M330 Janibell Disposal System but unfortunately ordered the 280 series liners. You should always order the liners with the same number as the disposal system (330). But I also see that in July you called us and we placed an order for you with the correct liners. I hope they have been working well for you. When you need liners again in the future, just call us and we will be sure to order the correct liners again.
