The product that I wanted was promptly shipped. Now that's great service!

My product apparently got lost or was delivered to the wrong address. I called Parent Giving and immediately they said a new shipment would be set out that day. I received my product within 24 hours. I’ve been a customer for over 3 years and I’m very impressed with this weeks issue. Good work to all the employees of Parent Giving!

Their products are great, I just wish that they were a little less costly

This product is just like the products I have used for two or three other companies. It is no better or worse that the other products

I have had to use incontinence products for years now since a spinal cord injury. Using and purchasing these products is uncomfortable and expensive. I tried other companies and due to the sizing I was stuck with several different items. Your company and your understanding representatives have helped me with several samples at no charge until I was happy. I will buy any product that I need from you!

Account issues persist and I am unable to login to leave a product review. When I try to reset my password I get an error that there is no account associated with my email. UPDATE: after submitting this review I received a reply and a reset link was sent to my email. I was able to update my password and login. But I could not find how to leave a product review. I'll try again another time.
