I love the Dry Direct Ultimate underwear ( made in Italy) They are Thick and protect with bowel and bladder incontinence leakage as my daughter is 7 and none verbal these are amazing... but not a fan of customer services... not helpful at all when I ordered what I thought was the same product they just said oh no it's because one is made in Italy and the other in the USA. When I called I was hung up on I don't normally leave reviews but because of customer service, I have to rate this place low... When I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone higher than Helen. I was told there was no one.

The padded underwear has been a real blessing for my mother who is ninety-nine years old. I'm so grateful your company makes a quality product, my mother feels like she can go places without having to worry. If she has an accident, she knows nothing is going to run out down her legs or soil her clothing. She was very reluctant to wear them at first but when she decided to give them a try it was a game changer, not just for her but for me too, since I am her caretaker, it has made my life much easier. We have tried another brand but they didn't fit her right and leakage happened. So we just hang on to those ones incase I don't get your brand ordered in time...which I hope doesn't happen. Thank you again for a quality product and a prompt responsible easy to work with corporation. 5+ stars

They were not for me. I purchased them for a 100 year old woman who was using 2 of another brand each time. These are wonderful and allowed her daughter to save money and time by using just one of these. She is very happy with the product.

Very good source for shopping for your elder care needs, I love the fact of the ability to get samples of adult diapers, so you can get the exact size u need.
