Be careful what you ask for
I like their products and selection but the contents of 2 out of my last three were totally unrelated to my order or what was indicated on the packing slip.

It is nice to have a human to talk with at customer service. There is a Wide selection of products but are overpriced.

Thank you for your feedback. It will be shared with the executive team. In addition to supply chain increases, our prices sometimes reflect the fact that specialist retailers, such as ourselves, cannot compete with the prices of huge retailers that can secure massive wholesale quantities far more cheaply. But this is offset by factors such as the fact that they do not provide the high level of expertise and customer service that we do.
