Great products, easy purchasing, quick delivery, fair pricing

I liked that it was easy and quick to order and the items I ordered were correct. I did not like that items labeled small but made in another country (Italy) were not the same size. I like that it was easy to return with no problems. I did not like the first customer service person who immediately copped an attitude, while I was trying to understand why a small in one item was not the same as a small in another items from the same company. When I asked here if she was having a bad day, she said the problem was mine. When I said it was not, she told me would should just agree to disagree. I said okay. Then she repeated what I was returning and hung up not telling me what the process was for self return or that I would receive an email with instructions. Listen to the phone call you said was recorded and make your own call on that. I immediately called back and received another rep who completely changed my mind on what I intended to give you (1 star). She was great and told me to expect an email and what to do. Then apologized for the other person. Your second person should be given a bonus for restoring my trust in your company. Had I not had the experience with the first person, I would have given you 5 stars. Thank you.

I really appreciated the quality of "Parentgiving's" products, as well as, the variety of products and resources for all different needs. I care for my elderly mother and was very grateful to help her find a better product for her incontinence and further providing her with a better life. I commend the "parent/care-givers" who didn't have these products and still managed to keep everything clean and organized.
