Parentgiving customer service reps come…
Parentgiving customer service reps come across as curt, condescending, impatient, and unpleasant to the point that I tried to find another company to order the Italian made Dry Direct booster pads and pull ups. Still researching my options but nevertheless was running low of product and reluctantly placed order for this time. I am an 84 yr old senior grandmother on a small monthly fixed income. I cringe at making a call to Parentgiving customer service 800 400 0379 for info or placing an order because of how snippy, coldly, impatiently, and rudely I am treated and always with a uncaring curt denial of a 10 percent discount for orders exceeding $100. Tried unsuccessfully calling Parentgiving executive office to inform how customers are being treated by Parentgiving employees. No way for customers to reach the “suits” of the company as they are well insulated from customers. When I find another source for incontinence products it will be my pleasure to never again deal with your company. you are welcomed to comment about the continuing negative image and evolving reputation tarnishing Parentgiving and how customers, who can make or break a business, are being verbally disrespected with mean, curt offensive attitude. I wondered how such employees could continue to be employed with your company. The only logical answer is: Either they own part of the company or are related to the executives. Thank you. Margaret. As you were advised by a number of our staff, we are unable too facilitate discounts, unless coupon codes are provided, and you were given the courtesy of a 5% discount on your last order.
