These run extremely small and they will not exchange once you open the package to try them on. They are not even polite when you call in!!

These are hygiene products, and we cannot accept the return of opened packages, since they cannot be resold. You have been sent a free sample of the size medium to try.

Items are shipped in boxes too large for the item and then packed with too much packing...gross amount of waste.
I don't like these BIG boxes that the items are shipped in with tooooo much air packing for one little item. When the cases come, they are in boxes way too big for the items. I am old and I can't handle these boxes much less get them in my apt and get them open. Please reconsider how you package the items and reduce the size.

We understand your frustration with this issue, and, unfortunately, it is not one that is within our control. With warehouse automation on the increase, so, too will this packaging practice increase. The computerized packing systems used by product distribution centers will often select a larger box for a smaller item, because they calculate the required space to fill the specific truck that orders will be loaded into, and will select box sizes that fill the space, rather than box sizes as small as the item. This avoids packages moving and getting damaged in the first phase of the shipping process. This is said to minimize waste and create a greener system, albeit that it does appear wasteful and unnecessary from the consumer's point of view.

Bought a case of adult diapers that are a little small but can’t even exchange the three unopened ones which i find very weird so yea this is my first and last time ordering anything from here

Looking verify signature of delivery…
Looking verify signature of delivery and they refuse to provide, The package never got to my mother, the only way to verify who got is signature or photo delivery, I was told by customer service they never provide the Pdf verification that Fedex has on file. I have been in logistics for years and never have had this issue or response Also if you buy wrong size they refuse to exchange for correct one, even if package is unopened. if i could find this product else where for my 95 year old mom I would.
