Delivered to wrong address
Delivered to wrong address. Seller said no refund if shipper made mistake. Connected shipper with tech difficulties. Delivered to wrong address on 8-19 and still no package as of today 8-30. So, no package, but seller has my money. I will never order from them again and will be a negative review. Today, the shipper came to our door and admitted my package was delivered to the wrong address. He compared our door picture differences. He said he would try to retrieve it from the wrong address. He left, then returned saying the other place did not answer so he left a note and would be back tomorrow. At least the shipper never implied I was lying as the seller’s response did. Just infuriating.

The vendor warehouse maintains that the product was correctly delivered, and when carriers have evidenced the delivery of an order, it cannot be replaced if it is subsequently stolen or otherwise found to be missing. The warehouse can only be guided by what it is informed by the carrier. It is the carrier's responsibility to mitigate issues of their making, which they appear to be doing in this instance.

I have tried many incontinence products
I have tried many different incontinence adult underwear!! I have MS , And so far these have been the only ones that seem to keep me dry at night !! And the Customer Support has been Great!!
