Train your customer reps to be more courteous
The person who took my last order was courteous and helpful but she seemed very disorganized. It took her 15 minutes to complete my request. However, on June 29, one of your other reps, when I talked with her over the phone, was opinionated and argumentative about an experience I had with Dry Direct underwear.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
After purchasing their Dry Direct Men's Underwear from them since January 2023 on September 27, 2023 when I called them to question a recent order I received they treated me like I was garbage. This action caused me to cancel any additional business with them.

We are sorry that you did not feel your issue was handled satisfactorily. As was explained medium products are being trialed in size SM/MD packaging, but, nevertheless, it is the actual medium product.
