Grateful for Parentgiving
I have ordered from Parentgiving for years. They have great, reliable customer service and their products are worth purchasing. Their shipping service is fast and reliable. You order today, will receive within two to three days. Even on Sunday! These briefs, I have been purchasing for years. They are very pricey, but worth every dime. I have found they last longer than any other I have purchase. They are a bit heavy once they get wet, but holds up well. I’m grateful twice for the products and service from this company, and hope to continue using their service for years to come. Thank you!

Your customer service was lousy
Your customer service was lousy. Rcvd. Dry Direct ultimate Small . Called customer service to advise that I need X Large was told I ordered small I do not believe that I did, and there was an error maybe yours or mine .Anyway I cannot use them I have been buying X large from CVS for the last 3 years around 3 x 32 per month From your adverts decided to try . I did call back a bit later and was given an RMA to return the unopened pack of 14. RMA 1081281202 could

Worth it & Hope They Develope Memberships
The choice of products for large-size incontinent men has been very helpful. Their customer service has been diligent, kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. The higher price is worth it knowing that he is satisfied with the product and that there is a number I can call for help. One day I hope for a type of membership including faster shipping for automatic orders...

Product way too large and awkward
Product way too large and awkward. Waste of money as no option to return.

We are unable to accept the return of hygiene products that have been opened, since they cannot be resold. We recommend that customers first purchase samples to avoid sizing issues.
