Lady was polite and listened to me. Unfortunately the seat on this rollator is of poor quality and very uncomfortable for me. I will have to purchase additional padding and available products are an expense I should not have to bear. That aside have always been happy with your company and will continue to be a customer. I am very happy with the product. However the cardboard box was damaged when it arrived. One corner of the box was open.

Your product is amazing I have tried so many pullups and none of them have worked for me I just had the most restful night I am 70 years old and worked at a nursing home as a CNA when i was younger never thought i would be in a diaper but that goes with my aging finally i can get a good nights sleep because of your product. Your product is great. I ordered the wrong size so they were too small for my husband. I improvised by cutting tabs off and placing the underwear inside another underwear. It work and the absorbency is super.
