They are canceling the direct to client…
They are canceling the direct to client support service and will not acknowledge and return any unused sessions. Such a scam! They should be refunding any unused portion because the company is no longer offering such service. Very shady business!

Hello, Thank you so much for leaving a review, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion caused. After August 1, 2023, we will no longer offer Direct-to-Family Support Services as we focus on our school partnerships. If you’re a Direct-to-Family Client and have canceled services before that date, we will refund any unused sessions from your current billing period. Please email [email protected] if you feel we missed anything, so we can help resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you!

Loved parallel skiing
Loved parallel skiing! I think it’s one of the best ski courses around Munich for English speakers. I would for sure recommend it further!

Success!
My teen's tutor has completely turned math around for him. He went from feeling like a total failure to being a confident student with much better grades. His tutor is relatable, relaxed, and can explain concepts to him in ways that make sense and give my teen a deeper fundamental understanding. The customer service is responsive and helpful.
