Deceptive Sales Practices
Deceptive sales practices. Buried in the fine print.. Company will not let you cancel until you have completed three orders. Thankfully, successfully disputed with my credit card. Buyer beware!

Hi Heidi, thank you for taking the time to write this. Feeling caught off guard by a billing term is upsetting, and we are sorry that your experience with us left you feeling misled. That is the opposite of how we want anyone to feel. Our subscriptions do carry a three-month minimum. We publish it on the product page, and it is written into our refund policy and our cancellation policy. There are two reasons for it. Subscription pricing is discounted well below our one-time pricing, and skin cell turnover generally takes about three months, so that window is what gives a product or protocol a fair chance to actually work rather than being judged on a single cycle. That said, a term is only fair if it is clear, and this feedback tells us ours was not clear enough. We are taking that seriously and looking at how prominently we surface it at every step of checkout. We also want to confirm that your subscription is cancelled and you will not see any further charges from us. If you would like to talk it through with someone on our team, email us at [email protected] and reference this review. And if you ever want to try our products again without a commitment, our one-time options are always available with no minimum.
