Asked for tech support for installation…
Asked for tech support for installation of printer. Was told I had a virus called McKeeper,and a tech from a security Co would have to eliminate,and then I had to buy AVG for 3 years and printer could then function.Subsequently find I got the free anti virus from AVG.Total cost including 3 years tech support-and shown a cost for this -was$ 729.99Tech tried to sell me a lifetime pkg.Can't call this a scam, but I am 87 and was deceived.
