⭐ 1/5 — Very disappointing experience This was honestly one of my worst experiences with an AI interview tool. Parakeet failed to detect or recognize the questions during my session, so I was unable to use the tool as intended. Despite the detection not working, my credits were still consumed, veryyyyy frustating experinece I understand that technical issues can happen, but it is extremely frustrating to lose credits for a session where the core functionality—detecting the questions—did not work at all. There should be a way to automatically refund or restore credits when the system fails to provide the expected service.I hope the team addresses this issue and improves question detection and credit protection. I would appreciate having the credits from this failed session restored.

It is good works 4/5 times sometime the system just does answer and we should get a buffer time if credits run out but it will work as no one is sure how long the meeting goes
