Folks- i was able to speak with a representative at one point. She was great. However, your website is clunky. I had to call to find out how to order an idem without customization..she explained it well, but the fact that i couldnt just order on the phone while i had her didnt do much for me. i went to the site and ordered as directed..but them i had to return multiple times just to finalize and eventually place the order. I just dont have time for that. I want to order a product in one sitting and know that its on its way. I hope you can clean it up a little bit. I will try again at some point.. best wishes

Hello and thanks for the review. We apologize that you found the website "clunky", but our website is tailored toward customers ordering customized items, not blank items as you ordered. We don't offer blank items on our site at this time, so ordering a blank item will be a little more involved since a discount is applied.
