I subscribed for about 3-4 months. Honestly, it wasn't too helpful based on the results it produced for my university assignments. What I'm unhappy about is that there is no option to remove the payment method once you have entered all your credit card details. They should have a tab to remove your payment details, like other legitimate sites.

Dear Nirsha, While we don't have a direct payment method removal option, we already have full account deletion option from your profile settings -> "others" as i shared in my email with you which deletes your card details as well. And as mentioned, upon requested I already removed your card details from our payment management platform, chargebee. You would also be aware that as such, entities like us only have access to the payment gateways and last 4 digits of your card but not the full card details as part of financial regulations globally. I would have been happy to address the quality issues of paperguide features if you had reached out to our support chat earlier when you used. Anyway, I believe your concern is resolved as mentioned above as well as in my email to you earlier.
