Never shipped, felt scammy
Never received product. Took over 90 days and had to ask customer service over and over again, only to receive false promises of arrival times that were never fulfilled. PAOM created a shipping label (which means it hasn’t actually been shipped, just printed) , and a month later, still no product. I continued to contact customer support, because they had already mentioned that the products were on the way. They continued to make several promises (including dates and timelines) of when I would receive the items, but a month after the shipping label was created, still nothing. Was promised arrival dates for a 3rd time, and still no product several days after their new arrival time. Be prepared to either never receive product, or to play this game with them. Feels like a scam, as if they’re hoping customers won’t follow up. They can make it look like it shipped when it never did. Please don’t waste your time with this company.
