While it's nice to chat via text or email if I could I'd give them zero stars. Paid for a full year of BC they sent me ones that were going to expire halfway through and said they'll send me the rest later. When that time came they tried to get me to pay for the rest of the prescription more than once when I already paid for it. It's time to renew my prescription get an email that clearly states in the context of the email and in the subject line that you can get the prescription half off, they would not honor it even after sending them picture proof of it saying it being half off. Waste of my time. They do not have it together there.

Website doesn't state that you have to be 35 to receive menopausal treatment including HRT but it's their policy. I jumped through the hoops of calling their physical office and chatting with the virtual assistant, getting hopeful that my HRT for my HYSTERECTOMY could be filled since I lost my company insurance. I'm 28/29. After I finally felt like I had found the solution to my very real problem of not having my HIGHLY NECESSARY MEDICATION that they advertise they can do for me, I basically got told "sucks for you, go see a doctor". I will never recommend this company or anyone associated with it. They have no level of care or empathy for anyone outside of their ideal patient box.

This was a waste of my time and money. I told them in two separate messages on the health questionnaire that I was in perimenopause. Only for them to accept my money and then refer me to their sister site for the fee of $129 I can get help with perimenopause symptoms. Seriously seems like a scam to accept money when you cannot help, and then expect me to shell out more money. For what? For them not to help too? I should have went somewhere else. I do not have money to waste on sites that claim to help and then just take your money.

Waste of time and money. Use any other service to get help with debilitating perimenopause symptoms. They will only prescribe hrt for: hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal and urinary symptoms.

Was trying to get set up for menopause care. What a joke! Would not let me do anything. Chat was uneventful. My chat person disappeared and the lady on the phone could not really answer my question. I created an account with FB, and it just l ft he hanging. Do not waste your time persuing this!

Ordered birth control. Got the first script OK. It went to my pharmacy and paid for by my insurance. Tried to get a refill and then endless questions about my insurance and they tried to get me to pay in cash. No Way. They want to charge your insurance and have you pay cash at the same time, RIpoff.

Terrible experience! I ordered a six-month supply of BC, and they only shipped three. I contacted them and also ordered one more pack since I was leaving the country for a while. They sent the other three and claimed they sent all six in one pack and then the additional one after. I even had proof they were lying. Never got my last pack. Thankfully my credit card company reversed the charge. Do not trust this company!

Contacted them and everyone was helpful up until I paid. Once they got my money, it suddenly turned into my pills not being insured by my insurance. I have Cigna so it's not an unknown insurance company. They also won't transfer my prescription to my pharmacy and when my pharmacy contacts them, there's no help from Pandia. I've been out of pills for weeks now with no help or any resolution being offered. They only seem to care about getting your money. I wouldn't work with them unless you want to waste your time and pay out of pocket.
