The final product was great. I am a stickler for grammar, seeing that revisions are properly captured, quick answers to inquiries. In every one of these categories, Panda Publishing came through. It might have taken a couple of go-arounds but neither Hector Rodriguez or Jonathan Parks gave up on my pickiness or got frustrated with me. I got good advice from them and they also respected my way of doing things. I am pleased with the results. I do think they could use a proof-reader who is stellar at grammar but I am not sure that is their strength per se. It seems their strength is knowing the publishing field, knowing what a book design should look like, being responsive to their client and not imposing themselves, and being patient and quick at turnaround.

I’m absolutely amazed at the phenomenal job done with the publishing company. I was assigned to the team of Idris Mathews, Hector Rodriguez and finished with Jonathan Parks(please request him, Jonathan was on top of things quickly and timely and made sure deliverables were met). From the book design which was on point the first go round, to the editing, publishing and website. Everything was timely and I was kept updated on a weekly basis. I was published in less than two months with ongoing efforts to improve even after publishing. This agency and team was truly “God sent”.
