You pay for convenience , but the person was rude , did not communicate when he left n so many part of the car was just dirty , for $350 car wash you expect better

The website states "love your detail, or we'll make it right" with attention to detail, customer service guarantee and shows a before and after of wheels, etc., but unfortunately that is not the case with me. They needed to reschedule three times with me and we finally settled on a 8am, 4 hour window for service. The technician took less than two hours even with the "added" cost per website. The technician moved my vehicle to an open spot to do cleaning and returned when he thought that he was finished. I pointed out right away that he had missed the tail pipes as the Crome is black. he got a rag and wiped it off. I had to point out again that the tips may look okay to him, but that he should do a proper job of cleaning, that he is the expert, and that I'm paying for a service that I should not need to inspect... I then pointed to the wheels. They are covered in black break dust. He didn't do a thing and I called panda to have a new technician come out and fix. Panda asked about water and electric service (again), but I live in an apartment in Lake Oswego temporarily and do not have water, but I said that I can bring my car to them. They are 100% mobile, so that was not an option. They initially offered me a $25 gift card fr my next service with them. I explained that I would not be coming back and finally settled on a $40 discount for services.
