I paid in excess of $300 for services…
I paid in excess of $300 for services that were not completed and did not conform to reasonable professional standards. Specifically, the exterior portion of the work was not performed at all. The service provider departed the premises without notice and without completing the contracted work. He subsequently asserted that he attempted to contact me by phone and rang the doorbell prior to leaving. These statements are inaccurate. My phone records and security camera footage confirm that no phone call was placed and that the doorbell was not rung. I am able to provide this documentation upon request. I provided my phone number in advance and explicitly requested to be contacted by phone if any issues arose. No such contact occurred. Leaving the job site without notice and misrepresenting communication attempts constitutes a failure to perform and a material misrepresentation. Attached are photographs of my vehicle that accurately reflect its condition following the service and demonstrate the incomplete and deficient work described above. Because the services were incomplete and improperly performed, I dispute the charge in full. I am formally requesting a complete refund of all amounts paid. If this matter is not promptly resolved, I will pursue all available remedies, including filing formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies and the Better Business Bureau of Southern Nevada, as well as any other remedies available under applicable law.
