Dear Glenn Moore, We're sorry to hear that our product did not meet your expectation. We do work hard on ensuring our items are described as accurately as possible, so we hope we didn't make any mistakes with your order. Please NOTE that our hoodies are made from a 95% polyester and 5% spandex blend. The printing process usually takes around 5-7 business days until shipping. Upon shipping, though we are not able to guarantee a delivery date, an order is expected to arrive within 7 to 12 business days. Thank you for taking the time out to provide us with this feedback.
