Hi Kim, First of all, let us apologize for any frustration you may have. Upon checking, you filled out your order wrong address, so the package was sent back to our warehouse. We contacted you to ask for the re-shipping cost because we will not take responsibility for the cost when the customer makes a mistake on the shipping address. When you agreed to pay for the re-shipping cost and corrected the address, we immediately asked the USPS to ship it back to you. Upon checking, Your item was delivered at the front door or porch at 10:51 am on May 25, 2022, in COLUMBIA, MS 39429. We are sorry for any inconvenience you may have. Hi Sarah, We are so sorry for any frustration you may have. We had sent you an email previously explaining that our system is having an error so we could not issue the refund at that time. We were trying to fix it and asking you to give us your PayPal so we can refund you but you said that you don't have PayPal so we are still trying to fix it and will refund you as soon as our system is fixed. We are so sorry for this inconvenience.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns in any case due to hygiene reasons and the fact that our products are customized. As checking in our system, the size of your order was 8 inches. It may be that there was an error when you made the order. Dear Jim McDaniel, As we stated previously, the cut metal sign you ordered had no custom note on it caused the item would be made as the same as our mock up which had the text "The Crawfords". It may be that there was an error when you made the order. However, regarding this order, the manufacturer needs other proof photos of the width and length of the shirt. Please make sure that the shirt is on flat ground and the photos can show the full measure tape for our reference. We will review this case again once we receive your response.
