Thank you for leaving a review. All I want to say is that you bought an embroidered hat from our website: Order #PMT2-324370 "U.s.s. Nashville Lpd-13 Classic Cap, Custom Print/embroidered Us Navy Ships Classic Baseball Cap, Gift For Navy Veteran ", not the bottle product as in the review you said. We're sorry that you had a bad experience with your online purchase, but could you please check your order again with us?

Please accept our sincere apologies for the poor experience you had. Typically, it takes a week to deliver your item. However, your package was in an extended delivery time but still has no updates. We just received notice from the warehouse that the package was lost during the shipment. So please understand this situation, and we don't want to make this happen like that. From the bottom of our hearts, to make things right, we would be pleased to offer you a replacement at no cost. Do you agree with the decision? Please let us know, and we will process it soon. If we don't get your message today, we will replace it and continue to ship to the location you specified initially. Sorry for making you unhappy, and it is our responsibility to gain your trust. As a goodwill gesture, we would happily offer you a special discount on your next order. Your kind response is much appreciated to solve this matter. Thank you, and have a nice day.

Hi SAVENE HILL Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to know that the item you received didn't meet your expectations. We looked at your order and showed the poster that was ordered has a size 4x6inches. It may be that there was an error when you made the order. Therefore, when you place your order, we have the warning to double-check your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is correct. We would be grateful if you would kindly check the order confirmation email that was sent to you on July 17 to understand more. To further assist you in re-order, one member of our team has sent you an email regarding a discount so you can re-order the item at a lower price. We would appreciate your support on this matter.
