Palram ApplicationsReviews of palramapplications.com

Purchased the Arcadia car port and went for the extension to 5 metres. Just from the weight and size of the delivery parcels we knew that we had purchased something substantial. 5 meters was slightly too long for what we wanted but with a little care and taking our time we were able to reduce the length to 4.7 metres. Just requires a little hacksaw work and a few holes drilling. It really is a three person assembly. My wife and I did it on our own as we were in lockdown and only managed because we had walls on two sides which allowed us to lean the uprights against and then pull in. The roof supports are very heavy so two strong folks needed but their weight does give confidence in the quality and durability of the structure.

Amazing customer service. I completed the 'contact us' form on the website, as a roof window had blown off the greenhouse during a storm, and was contacted by Lisa at Palram that morning. She asked me what parts I'd lost and then arranged for them to be delivered, free of charge, 2 days later. Absolutely first rate.

contacted the company via their website as I needed some replacement sheets for the roof of a donated greenhouse. Came back to me within 5 minutes of submitting the request and the order had already gone to the warehouse for despatch....free of charge. Fantastic service from Lisa Sudlow-lane. Thanking you very much

What a fantastic shed. Took two of us 6hrs but worth it. Never bought/built one of these sheds before but found it quite simple, really good instructions and had plenty of fixings, everything was in the boxes. Really happy with it and would recommend. 5 ⭐. Wayne Haughton, Stockport

We are very pleased with the choice of product, very good quality, easy installation, modern light appearance. Several neighbors have asked where they can buy something like this. we recommend

I purchased a Palram Feria 3 x 5.4 veranda from Costco online. Delivery was quick and it is now up and looking great. We ensured that our solid base and wall mounting was level and took time to study the instructions. It was a 2 person job and took us around 5 hours. We were impressed with the clever nuts and bolts and the way it fitted together. Even the protective film on both sides of the roof sheets was fitted in a way that could be taken off easily if you had forgotten to take them off earlier. I am delighted with my purchase, with the whole process from start to finish a pleasure. Happy to recommend and also think it would be good as a car port.

Easy purchase and delivery. Very thorough building instructions.

Purchased the PALERMO 3600-GAZEBO...it is now in place...and looks really great...sturdy, strong, stylish...two man delivery (pre lockdown)…was on time and was placed where I wanted it...would highly recommend the PALERMO 3600-GAZEBO.
