Lost a couple of roof sheets from our Palram Sierra patio cover in the recent freak storms. The Palram has never had an issue with previous storms, but the recent storm was freakish with 70-80mph winds Contacted Canopia Palram UK using their online contact us. Gave them the required info. Approx 11 days later 2 replacement sheets were delivered free of charge. No fuss, no complaints. Thats what as a customer you want to hear. Top Marks

Excellent quality patio cover and even better after sales service. When the cover suffered damage during the recent storms in Scotland I was sent replacement panels in less than a week free of charge. Superb customer service.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. My greenhouse was damaged by storm Arwen and when I asked for the price of replacement parts they sent them free of charge. Extremely polite, helpful and efficient. Product is great quality too.

Ordered a canopy through a building/ diy company. The canopy sadly didn’t arrive when it should have. Palram customer service were immediately in contact with me to apologise and arrange another delivery…it came when requested, the product (canopy) is good quality and looks very smart. Thanks Palram applications .

I have had 2 Palram sheds at different addresses for a number of years that have been excellent, so good in fact that I recommended them to my neighbour who proceeded to buy one last year. In the extremely high winds that we had a fortnight ago the neighbours shed lost some roof panels. On her behalf I contacted Palram with regards to getting a pri e to replace them. I was contacted by Luke Walker, After Sales Advisor who stated that they would be replaced free of charge including delivery. He advised that I would receive the panels in 2 to 3 days which they did. This was excellent customer service from both Palram and Luke.

Bought a Palram 8x6 grey shed from B&Q home Delivery arrived on the Monday started to build on Tuesday finished on the Thursday called the shed Rubi Tuesday very pleased with everything

Five star customer service. I purchased a skylight shed from a buyer on eBay as there was a long wait from official stockings. A few parts were missing. I contacted Palram customer service and they were brilliant . They sent me the parts free of charge and they arrived within 2 days. Thank you so much !

I had no trouble putting this together. I knew it may have been a slight challenge, so took my time, and done a little bit every day, making sure that I fully understood the next step, before proceeding. I made a level paving slab base firstly, which is a must. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. If you have little patience, and want everything done yesterday...buy a blow up shed. It will be flimsy at first, until you fit the metal-work around the top. If you find this difficult to understand, then...buy a blow up shed. when it's constructed, it is by no means flimsy. Yes, the plastic panels may look thin, but they are very strong. Buy the proper shelving or hooks instead of leaning everything against the walls..It is plastic for heaven sake. Take your time, is my advice for this 6x5 shed....and don't skip any steps. Half the problem with people leaving bad reviews, is that they don't have patience, or don't know what they're doing.
