Product is great but was not aware that the products are dispatched from Israel - this means you have to pay import duty on the item - the website does not make it clear that it is based outside the UK - would not have ordered had I known this

We do our very best to provide complimentary fully insured international shipping worldwide, however import duties and taxes are determined locally by customs authorities and are unfortunately outside of our control.
