Excellent service. Answered the phone, knew exactly what my concern was and promptly answered and put my mind st ease. I was very pleased.

I chose a fabric for conference room chair seats that needed recovering. It's only 5-6 yards. I had shopped around to several sites, and found their prices (for the exact same fabric) to be 30% less than their competition. The site didn't say the fabric I wanted was on backorder, but when I placed the order, they contacted me right away to let me know it was backordered, and when the manufacturer said it would be in. They gave me the option of cancelling or waiting. I chose to wait. Their communication & customer service has been excellent, and I will definitely order from them again.

I was very pleased with the service and quality of my entire experience. The fabric was exactly as described and viewed on line. I appreciated the Swatches sent gratis at the start of the process. Part of my order was delayed and on back order, Palazzo kept me informed of it's staus and didn't hold the 1st part of my order, sending it immediately. I Upholstered my first project ever and I went to the fashion district in Los Angeles but could NOT find what I was looking for. After hours of sorting through books I found the perfect black and white striped print but it was almost $80 a yard! ouch! A Friend of mine directed me to this website and it has a really easy to use system to filter through all the fabrics they offer in just seconds! I can select color, pattern, type of fabric and can easily view everything they have. Much easier than sorting through oceans of books at a store. And even better they have the exact same striped print that I had found at the fabric store but it is only $50 a yard! much better! And it does get better, you can request up to 6 free samples of fabric with totally free shipping too! And it arrived to my home very quickly, I think just two days, Im sure it depends on where you live. It was then easy to make my choices! This company is efficient in both its fabric selection system and swift shipments! I wish I could upload a picture of my finished couch, the seat and back rest are crushed blood red velvet and the back of the couch has that perfect black and white striped fabric that was simply just too expensive anywhere else!
