Order was received with missing paint colors. There has been no response to the multiple messages sent to the "Contact Us" section on the website or email address.

Paid xtra for a frame and expected to see an external frame around the finished picture, and just an invisible mount. Also no instructions included for the ( so called ) frame. Very disappointing .

Firstly, I paid for the deluxe life like paint kit of the smallest pre-stretched canvas, I paid the extra 35$ for express shipping totaling around 109$. 4 days into my order being shipped, it was returned to the warehouse and canceled due to being oversized. (How does a company who does this day in and day out not know the proper shipping labels). Secondly, after all of that Paint By Number only offered a 10% discount due to my issue's which never even covered my extra shipping costs which clearly was a waste of my money. Thirdly, it didn't arrive with all the paint pots I'm still missing 1, and I can't complete the project which was meant as a Christmas gift.

I have never received this item, several weeks after ordering it.

Ordered my paint by number over a month ago. Kept getting my picture wrong. Ordered November 5th and still waiting on my order to come in now.

Shipping takes way longer than estimated on page, don’t buy as gift if you need it by a specific date. I still have not received my order…

Ordered this at the beginning of December plenty of time to recieve it to gift for Christmas. A week after Christmas I’m still waiting. Customer service hasn’t helped at all. Save your time and money and buy a kit from Amazon. I’d like a refound
