TERRIBLE Ordered in 26th November 2024. Website said 10 days delivery and still not received. I emailed to see when delivery would be and the customer service is awful. They just said it will take 15 days. So I waited again, and still nothing 20 days later. I have checked the tracking and it's still showing in China somewhere. I have asked for a refund and they just said no, they don't do refunds. !? So bad. Luckily I aid via PayPal and therefore they have refunded me but I am still without. Please avoid.

I was very disappointed when I received my kit. I thought I was ordering PAINT by number and turned out to be paint by DIAMONDS!

Waited forever for it to arrive only for the custom print to not be sent. So not even received the item I paid for which was for an important birthday. Customer service send resend the print I just want a refund as this is absolutely ridiculous I’m not waiting another 3 weeks. Do not order from here.

Ordered 3 prints with frames. The frames are impossible to put together and no instructions given. Emailed them several times for a refund with no response. Shopify who I paid through have also absolved themselves of all responsibility. Don't waste your money, do not use either company ever.

Hello, I was very disappointed in the quality of the product I ordered. When I opened my canvas, it had multiple large creases throughout. I do not even want to paint it because the creases are so obvious it ruins the painting. Based on the quality of this product, I will not recommend you all to anyone.

Company misrepresents product origin. Item is not US based. Item did not arrive. Buyer beware.

I only got one of the paintings I ordered. Will never shop here again.

Disaster. I ordered from them in November and hadn’t received anything way into December. They kept saying it would come but it never. I felt I’d been scammed so I informed my bank. By the time it arrived, I no longer needed it as I had bought another gift. Also, it is very poor quality and poorly presented for the price. The company offered a 35% refund and said I could keep the item but I don’t want it for the reasons outlined. I’m still emailing to try to get my refund. Best to avoid this company
