The picture of a couple with a white dog between them had the white dog with pink paint. Dog dog is definitely not PINK!

I recently received an email saying I had left something in my cart. I really wanted this particular paint set, so I quickly made my purchase. I didn’t realize it, but the first purchase went through, so I ordered the same thing twice. I really like your product, however, I sent a message to Customer Service about canceling the second order, and I haven’t received a response

There wasn’t that much detailing in the faces

I am disappointed. I ordered the wrong kit and asked to cancel the order before it shipped and just got a notification that it shipped. Now i cant return it. The first kit I ordered in december was great. Guess it was my fault for not noticing the website changed the paint option when i changed the size. Hope it looks ok otherwise i just wasted money.

Found that some of the squares where the number is, is sometimes overlapping other squares. It would be helpful if the number was placed in the middle and not in a small little corner especially in a large area.

The colors of the paint were a little inaccurate for how much I spent on this painting. My hair ended up looking brown and it was blonde and purple. However, other then that the delivery time wasn’t bad and the painting was cute. You just have to figure out how to use the brushes most effectively.

I ordered the 36 colors option of a portrait of my partner and I, so that our painting would look realistic. We are both African American, and the colors selected for our skin tones are very off, making us appear extremely lighter than what we are.
