First picture brilliant. Second arrived badly creased and the face of the person in the picture had a huge black eye. Looked ridiculous. After many emails they agreed to redo the picture and send in 2 weeks. 5 weeks later still not arrived and they are refusing to answer my emails. Awful!

This was a complete waste of money. I ordered as a special birthday gift and it took over 10days to arrive even tho it stated express delivery. I contacted customer service and it took 4 days for them to reply. Customer service were rude and not bothered at all that this had taken so long to reach me. The paint by number arrived and the quality was awful - I feel I paid £37 for a piece of flimsy paper and an image which resembles a cartoon character. Really disappointed and won’t be using this company again. Please don’t waste your money!

Total scam. I ordered a product and did not like it based on their website you are allowed to return and get a refund hassle-free. But when I emailed to request for a return the got back to me and said they did not accept return. They completely lied on their website! Just like that. Go to other retailers of this product.

I wish I had read the reviews first. This company has thousands of fake instagram followers to make them look legit but they aren't. Your painting will take over a month to get to you and if you contact them they won't help you. Not to mention the amount of people saying that their paintings didn't look right!!!

Received my order after it took some time to get to me from China. I wanted to paint a picture of my dog. The Picture I sent in did not turn out how I would have liked it. I wish they would have sent the picture to me first after they created it so that I could have seen it first to give me another chance to submit a better picture. I won’t be painting it.

The image I sent was warped. I cancelled my order within 24hrs and before I was sent a tracking number in accordance with their website requirements for a refund. My goal was to resend the correct image and still utilize their service. This company, however, does not honor their policy and refused to refund the order. Despite having not shipped the item yet, their customer representative said they would not refund this item. They offered no actual support and refused to acknowledge their refund policy!

I would leave a 0 if possible. Ordered a custom paint by number early November for a Christmas gift and still haven’t received. Customer service blamed on Canada post strike but it was returned to sender for no valid reason. Website appears to ship from Canada but actually ships from china. Can’t review the physical product as I still haven’t received it and haven’t even received a tracking number for the supposedly reshipped package. Avoid at all costs.
