There is absolutely no customer service available. Took 6+ weeks to get my order. Picture colours do NOT look realistic at all

I ordered something for my mom on Dec. 1st and she has yet to receive it. I keep emailing you but have not had a response. Any help would be appreciated!

It’s been weeks and I haven’t received my package yet, this was supposed to be for the vacation days. The tracking information provided is just useless. Such bad customer service.

They over promised delivery & I still haven't received it. 2 1/2 weeks late at this point...

It is an absolute shame and disappointment. Made an order a month ago as the company stated that they would deliver the ordered product within two weeks. I still have not received anything, so my comment is only on the company not fulfilling its promise. There was no Christmas present, no surprise to my family, other than the company might be a scam... Extremely disappointed...

Product was not actually received. I ordered well in time Christmas and I never received the item even though it shows as delivered. I reached out to customer service with no response. I may need to make a claim with my credit card company. :(

Order took over a month to recieve. Horrible communication with company. The website says they are American based, my shipment was in China, Korea, and Japan. Do not use this service.

I ordered 3 Paint by numbers on Dec 2. It said 10-14 days. Have not received anything yet. Have not received and communication from this company. I have my bank checking on the company and if they are legit or honorable.
