I have been waiting for my paintings for 6 weeks. When I contact them, I get the same response saying “my paintings are on the way”. The tracking number doesn’t work. I’m not sure if anyone there speaks English.

Painting looked NOTHING like what was pictured. Design was not even close to what was portrayed on the site

If you want a below par experience and a gigantic waste of time, this company is for you. My order took entirely too long to arrive and it was weeks between shipping updates. When I finally questioned what the hold up/lack of update was, I received a pathetic response apologizing for the delay saying the company was going on vacation so my order would get to me ASAP…after the vacation of course. I was sent a discount coupon for the trouble, but why would I even want to order from the company again considering the first ordeal?! Mind-blowing, terrible way to treat customers.

Order was mis-delivered by USPS. Company refuses to initiate a claim/search with the USPS. I attempted to initiate a missing mail search, but I don't have the information needed to do so ( package description, address it was sent from, etc) No refund, no package, no options. Beware!

The painting was crushed on both ends, tried to iron it out. Didn’t work out, only made it worst, I’m assuming there has to Be a better way to pack these.

Update: they replied below and offered a replacement or full refund. Since I ordered this piece from a better company already, so as not to have a huge crease, I emailed them back and agreed to a full refund. I received a response stating that they have sent me a replacement canvas and that "you can keep the paints" What? LOL. Review remains. AWFUL. By far the worst company I've ever purchased from. I understand mistakes happen, but a seller should be willing to correct the mistake. This one is not. They have an option for a premium canvas with 42 colors. It's $65. I opted for this because I was painting a friends dog who recently passed away. I wanted to give it to her as a gift. I received the canvas folded. They shipped it in the long package that is used for rolling canvases, and still someone folded it and shoved it in the package and mailed it to me. I was so upset. I wish I could post photos on trust pilot. It's so bad, I've ironed it for over an hour on the hottest linen setting and I still can't get the crease out of his face. I asked them to please send me a new canvas. "I will pay for the shipping. I need a new canvas". After a week of back-and-forth, they were absolutely unequivocally refusing to help. I received responses like, "put some books on top of it, iron it more, The paint will hide the crease" etc. I've done over 600 paint by numbers. You never get the crease out all the way. For $65, they should've sent me a new canvas. It would've cost them pennies. To add insult to injury, the paints tubs aren't even numbered. They're sitting in this little foam pallet. So if you drop them, you're screwed. I'm so unbelievably disappointed.

So Disappointed At first, when I started the project all was okay. Into the project, paint # 1 & 2 turned into a cottage-cheese like texture which I could no longer use. Also, a lot of light ( yellowish hue) paint does not cover either the back lines or the numbers even after multiple layers of paint Actually, I can’t find the painting anymore in the catalog. Most frustrating after numerous attempts to contact the company, I had no response. The phone number supplied was not in service. So all and all I am disappointed. I am not a novice paint by number painter. It is the first time I have used this company but I think I will go back to the one I have used before.

I ordered a paint by numbers on December 5th and it said 14 days and it was supposed to be a Christmas present and I still haven’t received it.
