Have been waiting for a month when shipping said I would have it in a couple weeks

On January 24, 2022, I received an email stating the package was in transit. Today is February 25, and I have yet to receive my purchase. On February 13 i got a responding link to check the status. I have not received my order and it is February 25, 2022. To recap I ordered on January 20 and on February 25 my order has not arrived. Thank you

Took entirely too long to get to me. Took forever to even get shipped, and two weeks later I’m STILL waiting for it to get here.

I still don't have my painting..and can't seem to find out WHEN IT WILL BE HERE!??? WHY HAS IT TAKEN OVER 3 WEEKS TO DELIVER?? WHY WONT ANYONE TELL ME ANYTHING??

Our purchase has still not arrived. It has been over two weeks.

When purchased it stated we would receive the product within 2 weeks. Was purchased the first week of February and still has not left China. They are asking for a review for something we still have not received.

The faces had no eyes or noses and the colouring was really off. Very white faces with shades of varying pink. I was supposed to get a replacement but haven’t heard from you

I ordered paint with numbers one month ago and they told it would take 7-10 business days for delivery. But it still didnot come. And when i follow up, they are telling delivery service agency os on, i am not sure what delivery service agency is on these many days leave...... just my worst experience. The person says they will find out what caused the delay, but the package is still not even shipped after 1 month from order date.
