I think I ordered 3 custom canvases from you. I only received 1 which was sent to the wrong address. I have 2 addresses and I asked for my order to be shipped to my address which is not my billing address. I am so disappointed because I wanted to paint them as gifts for my dying mother. Shame on you for not looking more closely at the order.

It took a month for the kit to arrive. When it did, it was the wrong kit. All of the correspondence received showed the kit that I ordered (red and white flowers). The kit that arrived had fish. The kit was shipped from overseas so I am not sure how a return/exchange is going to work. Fortunately, I will be able to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I never got my package at all. Please refund me this is ridiculous

The worst customer service experience in my life having to deal with the return policy. I will never purchase from Paint with Number again.

Product hasn't arrived.

I ordered my paint by number weeks ago and still haven’t received it! On the website it says it ships within 24hrs and that is a lie! It took over a week to ship! Now it’s somewhere in America but the tracking number provided does not work…. At this point I’m thinking it’s a scam!

Poor customer service. Slow delivery. No updates. Order had wrong colors. Poor quality products. 0/10
