Never received the product.

It’s been a month, and I still haven’t received it. I got it for my friends birthday, but not it’s like a really late birthday gift. I ordered it two weeks before her birthday, so hopefully it would come in time, but it did not.

Terrible packaging/leakage with numbers associated with paint colours completed erased, and ripped/damaged canva. Contacted Paint with Number to request help and sent photos to confirm damage but still waiting. Will likely need to garbage and will not be ordering again.

Waited forever for product. Send the wrong item (ordered with frame send without). Major cost difference. They are total scammers. Do NOT order from here. No customer service.

Package never arrived. Ordered At the end of March, shipping said 3-5 days but almost 3 weeks now. They don’t respond to emails. I messaged via Facebook and was informed that the package was in Shenzhen, China. I will update this if there is any resolution.

I haven’t even received it yet! And I paid for express shipping:( This was a birthday gift for a friend and I’m so embarrassed that her thank you card arrived yesterday- and I haven’t even been able to give her the gift (I printed the email confirmation to show her - and was thinking it would arrive in a few days)

I can’t review your product because it still hasn’t arrived 23 days later. This was supposed to be a gift for my moms birthday last week. I don’t have high hopes for the quality of this product.

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a product March 11, 2022 for a birthday present for March 22. At the original cost of $19.99. The order was confirmed, but they charged me $29.99 and shipping was to be 4-5 days. It is now March 27 and still no delivery. Also NO response to follow up emails and they don't answer their phone listed. My first follow up email was March 16 about the cost and whether I should return it. No response. Phone number not answered. Further followup emails = nothing but silence Then I tried tracking the shipment -- this was the first time I was aware it was coming from China! Revcent tracking information says: 2022-03-24 17:25 SHENZHEN, Item arrived at airport 2022-03-23 15:21 SHENZHEN, Item outbound in sorting center 2022-03-23 00:19 SHENZHEN, Item accepted 2022-03-16 14:52 SHANGHAI, Item information received So a week after it was ordered, it was “Received” by someone. And Another week for “Item accepted” Now no replies to my emails about cost or delivery. The birthday is now long past and still nothing Extremely poor customer service! (Actualy non-existent.) Warning, do not do business with this company!! Note that there an equal number of Excellent ratings and Lowest ratings, which is quite suspicious! Who is actually giving those positive ratings?
