Slow delivery
Slow delivery. Still waiting for order placed 3 weeks ago.

Hi, I am so sorry about the delivery delay. We use an overseas warehouse dispatching system so it takes 15 days to arrive. Due to covid, many flights were cancelled so the delivery becomes out of our hands. We are going to launch an express delivery option soon at a slight extra cost. We hope to improve our delivery service.

I haven’t even received my package yet…
I haven’t even received my package yet and they asked me for a review. I ordered this over 2 weeks ago and says it is still in China.

Poor communication/shipping
Communication with the company is poor & I still haven’t received the product. This order was placed on the 22nd of April and it is the 9th of May. They technically still have 2 more day before it’s out of their 14 business day window. But they shipped it Monday the 25th and this whole time it hasn’t moved on the shipping tracker from its location. I will go with another company next time. I could understand if it was still being made and just shipped but they shipped it so long ago.
