The background was too complicated and I found it difficult to correct a mistake eg nose was not good but when I tried to change it it was tough. I am not sure whether I should have got a less complicated version or a more complicated version. I was it to be focused on my daughter and dog and background can be kept very simple. This would require you to connect with me before you get it ready so not sure if that is doable?

Never received the second painting I ordered and after emailing, there was no refund given only another attempt at sending me the painting and to this day, still have not received.

I found the quality of the paint provided as quite inferior which has ended up in a rather wishy washy result which is not very satisfactory. I have used other companies and this is how you tell how good the products used are by the quality of the paint.

When it say true colors 48 I would expect exactly this but it is nothing compared . In general not bad

Product got here on time, but the paint was really hard to open. I had to buy other paint.

The product itself is amazing and it's a very thoughtful gift if you wanted to give it to someone who enjoys this type of thing. However, delivery took far too long and why they choose to delivery with Evri (previously Hermes), I have no idea. The box arrived in packaging that states what the product is (which Is unfortunate for me as the person I gifted this to saw it before I could do anything) and came in a non presentable box because it looked like someone had sat on it.

Everything was great . I understand my third submitted picture wasn’t able to get through . The team credited me what wasn’t send . A bit of instructions would hurt Ex. Set up painting Flatten out and secure paper my on table or Set up a easle . Also a wick paper copy as to how to frame when finished wouldn’t hurt . I can make it work Others might be bewildered if this is a project they just started Over all really great idea :) Thanks guys
